To whom it may concern, In September 2011 we had a solar system installed for our home by Braemac Energy. Being a technical person, I had a number of questions that salespeople from other organisations either didn’t want to answer or didn’t know how to answer. I even had salespeople tell me that I couldn’t put the solar panels where I wanted them because I “wasn’t allowed to”! I was about to give up; when Braemac contacted me (I’d put my name down at the Home Show). They sent out an engineer to talk with me which I was much happier with (I’m not a fan of salespeople!). He answered all my questions and didn’t see any problem with where I wanted to put the panels. Once we ordered the system it didn’t take long for Braemac to come out with their installation team and they had everything setup within the day. We are now enjoying generating our own electricity. Braemac have top quality products at reasonable prices. Their professionalism and service were fantastic, not something you see in too many organisations these days.
